Ordering.

You can place your order on Vgen or contact me to Commission me with Paypal.
For a more accurate Art Piece, please contact me prior to placing an order.

Boundaries.

I have the right to turn down any Commission I am not comfortable with.

Payment.

Currency
All prices are listed in USDMethod of Payment
I accept payments through PayPal and/or Ko-Fi only.
I will Invoice you through Paypal and/or let you place your order through Vgen after we discuss the commission.
I expect full payment upfront before I start the commission piece (unless otherwise discussed).
After full or partial payment, I will start the sketch.Refund Policy
NO Refund if I have started colouring.
If the commission piece has already been lined, this will only be a partial refund due to me almost completing the commission.
I will only refund full amount if I haven’t started or I feel I am not suited for the art piece/commission.I will stop/refuse the commission:
If I don’t feel I am the right artist for the commission/ art piece.
If I am not comfortable doing the commission piece.
If I don’t feel secure/comfortable doing or continuing business or communicating with you.Additional Fees
If the art piece is complex (eg. Lots of details) $5 - $20 might be added to the base price on top of any character additions. This price addition is dependent on the complexity of the commission piece. This price might change depending on what is wanted.
Prices above are for 1 character.
Extra Characters are about +50% of the base price.

Work Process.

Duration
The Artwork will take about 7 days to a month depending on the amount of detail in the piece.For a Vtuber Model this will be up to 2 Months.Updates
I will update you on any work I have done. I usually work on multiple pieces at once, so there will be a defference in timings between updates, sometimes it will be delayed.If you are unsure, please check my Trello during those times or ask me for an update.Commissions will be done in a timely manner, however, if there are any delays, I will notify you.
Patience is always appreciated as I have a full-time job.
You are always welcome to message me to request an update on your commission, but please don’t harass or come off as demanding or rude.
This is not appreciated as I can’t always answer during the day.Extra Info
After Lineart, you only have 1 Lineart Correction and 1 Colour Correction (only applicable after Finalised Piece). When I send you the finalised Piece, you only have one (1) correction left. The art piece can’t be altered after that.
If you need any Corrections after this, you will be billed USD 5 per Correction. (This does not include any errors I have personally made. However, if I have done what you wanted and you want any changes then you will be billed per Change and not per group of changes.)
Please be active during this process, so that things go smoothly and faster.
If full payment is not paid by the time I finish the artwork, I will withhold the finished artwork/art piece until I receive payment.
If I don’t receive payment within 1 month, I will put you on a block/ban you. The ban will only be lifted when I receive payment.

Rights.

Personal Use
You may use the art for Profile Pictures, Social Media, Stream Schedules, Stream Starting Screens with Credit.As long as you do not make money directly off my art, it will be considered Personal use.Commercial Use
Making Money off my art falls under this. Eg. Merch, Vtuber Model, Private Content (Eg. Fansly or Onlyfans)Certain Items already include Commercial Fees (Eg. Vtuber Models.)Please note, Commercial Fee does not mean you own my work. You will still have to follow my TOS. If you do not want to have to worry about my TOS, please request a Buyout.Editing
You may not edit my work.
For a Vtuber model you may only add outfits and accesories by another artist if you asked for a Seperate Layers.
You may colour the Model in VtubeStudio as this is not permanent.AI/NFT
You do not own the artwork/art piece and may not claim it as your own.
You may not alter the artwork/art piece in any way after you receive it.
You may not remove any signature, artist name, or watermark from the artwork/art piece.
Nothing made by Moon_Shuu may be used in any blockchain-related technology. This includes NFT’s, Crypto Currencies, AI and/or future adventures/inventions in the future space!Selling
No Selling my art in bundles for more than purchased for.
No making Profit off my art unless you have Commercial Use.
If my Art is included in a Character Sale, please let me know the new owner and credit me for the art.
